The possibilities in terms of color scheme are endless, but I like using a vintage white ripple border with dark transparent numbers done on a clear Morisco background-it's lacy details are subtle but add so much interest. The floral detail on the end could be any color. In fact, it could be something different entirely- a daisy, a mushroom, a bird. Reach out if you'd like something more custom.
